Who operates this site

SIN7 is a Janders Inc. brand based in Bellingham, Washington. Contact support@jandersinc.com with privacy questions or requests.

Launch updates

If you request launch emails, we ask for your email address and optionally your preferred flavor. When online signup is active, we send a confirmation link before adding you to the confirmed list. We keep your email, selected flavor, consent record and signup status to manage SIN7 launch and availability updates. You can unsubscribe using the link supplied with confirmation, or email support@jandersinc.com. An unsubscribe request removes your email and flavor preference from the online list.

Email requests

If online signup is unavailable, the email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent unless you send that message. Janders Inc. receives the information you include and can use it to respond to your request. You can ask to stop updates by replying.

Storage and security

Online signup records are stored on our hosting account outside the public website folder. Unconfirmed signup records expire after seven days and are removed during subsequent signup activity. Confirmed records remain until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. We use temporary hashed network identifiers to limit repeated signup attempts; our host may separately retain technical logs.

Translation and third parties

The language selector uses GTranslate and Google translation technology. These services may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies to provide translation. Their own privacy terms apply. External links, email providers and our hosting provider operate under their own policies.

Flavor finder

The flavor finder runs in your browser. We do not submit or store your answers on our server. A recommendation is based on planned flavor descriptions, not a health or nutrition assessment.
